LICENSEES' OPPOSITION TO INTERVENORS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT PROPOSED FINDINGS Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and'the Power Authority of the State of New York, licensees of Indian Point Units 2 and 3, respectively, hereby oppose Intervenors' Motion for Extension of Time to Submit Proposed Findings.

Intervenors' motion is yet another attempt to further delay the completion of this proceeding, which has already been delayed a year beyond the Commission's original deadline.

In addition, all parties have already enjoyed n month-long extension as a result of the Commission's enforcement proceeding.

Accordingly, this Board should not again postpone the Commission's receipt of the Board's recommendations.
