Unit began a Technical Specification required shutdown due to an inoperable Solid State Protection System (SSPS) relay associated with the train WBW safety injection and feedwater Isolation circuits. Upon replacement of the relay and return of the train ABE SSPS to operable status, the plant shutdown to Mode 3 was discontinued at approximately 70% output at 0255 hours0.00295 days <br />0.0708 hours <br />4.21627e-4 weeks <br />9.70275e-5 months <br /> on 1/10/04. The Unit continued to operate at approximately 70% output while additional troubleshooting and testing of the SSPS continued. SUMMARY
- The Unit began the report perdop at a nominal value of 100%output.-On-1I/0/04-at0127.hours..the .-
Unit began a Technical Specification required shutdown due to an inoperable Solid State Protection System (SSPS) relay associated with the train WBW safety injection and feedwater Isolation circuits. Upon replacement of the relay and return of the train ABE SSPS to operable status, the plant shutdown to Mode 3 was discontinued at approximately 70% output at 0255 hours0.00295 days <br />0.0708 hours <br />4.21627e-4 weeks <br />9.70275e-5 months <br /> on 1/10/04. The Unit continued to operate at approximately 70% output while additional troubleshooting and testing of the SSPS continued. At 1600 hours0.0185 days <br />0.444 hours <br />0.00265 weeks <br />6.088e-4 months <br /> on 1/10/04, the Unit commenced to return to full power. A nominal value of 100%
