in the agenda for the conference to be held on May 3, 1994

1. Intervenor requests 20 days to evaluate and file I

potential action related to the disqualification of the Troutman Sanders law firm.

2. Consideration of a proposed revised scheduling order which Intervenor will file with'the Doard and the parties on or before the close of business on May 2, 1994.

3. Without agreeing to URC Staff's characterization of issues set forth in NRC's April 28, 1994 filing, Intervenor agrees that those matters should be included on the agenda of the Board's May 3, 1994 meeting.
