• Water Level- Spent Fuel Storage Pool 16.9.21 The restrictions on minimum water level ensure that sufficient water depth is available to apply an overall effective decontamination factor of 200 (i.e., 99.5% of the total iodine released from the damaged rods is retained in the water). The minimum water depth is consistent with the assumptions of the accident analysis.
