Dear Sir:

In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2), Duke Energy Florida, LLC (DEF), is registering with the NRC the storage casks used to store spent fuel at the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3)

Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The loading of spent fuel into storage casks was performed under the CR-3 general license. Each cask registration information is provided in Enclosure 1.

No new regulatory commitments have been made in this letter.
