Dear Sir or Madam:

Pursuant to 1 O CFR 50.54(w)(3) regarding onsite property damage insurance, ADP CR3, LLC, hereby submits information regarding the present level and source of onsite property damage insurance for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant. This information is required to be submitted to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission by April 1 of each year.

Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited Policy No.:

P22-081 (renewal date August 1, 2023)

Limits:

$50,000,0001 The insurance maintained is provided through a policy purchased by Duke Energy Florida, LLC.

Reference 1 provided notification to the NRC that ADP CR3, LLC and ADP SF1, LLC were added to the policy written for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
