Crystal River 3 - 2020 Individual Monitoring NRC Form 5 Report.
Dear Sir:
In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(b), both ADP CR3, LLC (ADP CR3) and Duke Energy Florida, LLC submitted the electronic data files of NRC Form 5 information for each individual monitored at Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Power Plant during 2020 via the REIRS web page. The files were reviewed and accepted by Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education.
In addition, ADP CR3 notes that individuals which received greater than or equal to 100 mrem during calendar year 2020 were sent individual reports in accordance with 10 CFR 19.13.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
