Sells : This responds to your June 14, 1979, request for information on the presence of Federally listed or proposed endangered or threatened I species within the impact area of the proposed Nuclear Station in New Haven, New York. Except for occasional transient individuals, no Federally listed or proposed species under our jurisdiction are known to exist in the project impact area. Therefore, no Biological Assessment or further Section 7 Consultation is required with the Fish and Wildlife Service (P4S). Should project plans change, or if additional information on listed or proposed species becomes available, this determination may be reconsidered. This response relates only to endangered species under our jurisdiction. It does not address other INS concerns under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act or other legislation.
