Forwarded for Nuclear Regulatory Commission review are 41 copies of Amendment 4 to the New Haven 1 and 2 Environmental Report. Included as Amendment 4 are New Haven Nuclear Station Environmental Report page changes.

In order to keep the State and Federal Applications the same, identical pages relating to the proposed nuclear station at New Haven have been submitted to both the Nu,' lear Regulatory Commission and the New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Case 80008). These changed pages have been designated Amendment 4 to each of the respective Appli-cations.
