Dear Mr. Boyd:

A meeting was held at the NRC offices on April 24, 1979 in Bethesda, Maryland, among New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSE&G), Stone & Webster (NYSE&G Consultant) and the NRC staff, to discuss the preliminary physical security plan for New Haven 1 and 2. As a result of that meeting the security plan was amended.

Submitted herein are five (5) copies of Amendment 1 to the preliminary physical security plan. This amendment should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(d).
