The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos. 188, 177, and 6 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-42 (for PINGP-1), DPR-60 (for PINGP-2), and Material License SNM-2506 (for the PINGP Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation),
respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Facility Operating Licenses to reflect transfer of operating authority approved by Order dated September 15, 2008, and applied for by your application dated April 16, 2008.
A related safety evaluation was previously published with the Order, and is available at Agencywide Document Access and Management System Accession No. ML082240750. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
