Dear Mr. Singer:

On July 28, 2006, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at your Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. Portions of the Access Authorization and Fitness For Duty inspection procedures were completed at the TVA Corporate Office on June 23, 2006.

Kulisek, and other members of your staff at the site on July 28, 2006.

This inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.

The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.

Based on the results of this inspection no findings of significance were identified.
