COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST A-6 TO THE UNIT 1 INSERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAM PLAN (TAC NO. MD1134)

Dear Mr. Blevins:

By letter dated March 31, 2006, you applied for relief request A-6 to inservice inspection program plan for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES), Unit 1, Facility Operating License No. NPF-87. The proposed relief was requested to permit utilization of digital radiography during the 2007 refueling outage of CPSES, Unit 1. Subsequently, by letter dated August 24, 2006, you withdrew the relief request A-6.

The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
