Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo), hereby submits the attached summary report of the level and source of on-site property damage insurance coverage for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) as of April 1, 2024. The level of coverage maintained is in excess of the $1.06 billion required by 1 0CFR50.54(w).
This communication contains no new commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
