Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2), Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo),

is registering the use of dry spent fuel storage casks to store spent fuel under a 10 CFR Part 72 general license at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI).
