LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Two White Flint North 11545 Rockville Pike, Room T-09F5 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: To discuss pre-submittal regarding a relaxation request from first revised NRC Order EA-03-009 Establishing Interim Inspection Requirements for Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV) Head at Pressurized Water Reactors for Byron Station (Byron), Unit No. 2. They will be submitting a relaxation request to alter the inspection frequency.

CATEGORY 1:

  • This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
