Crystal River Assessment Results (Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2007) z Crystal Rivers performance was within the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs Action Matrix.

z All findings were of very low safety significance (Green).

z All Performance Indicators (PI) were Green Enclosure

Crystal Rivers Annual Assessment Summary Progress Energy operated Crystal River Unit 3 in a manner that preserved public health and safety.

All Cornerstone Objectives were met.

NRC plans only baseline inspections at Crystal River for CY2008.
