Dear Mr. Franke:
This refers to the meeting conducted on April 30, 2009, at the Crystal River Nuclear Plant EOF/Training Center in Crystal River, Florida. The purpose of the meeting/open house was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Crystal River Nuclear Plant with the public for the period of January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the poster board information.
In accordance with Section 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
