SUMMARY

REPORT FOR 2008 Original Document:

Commitment AR 577295-07 & 10 - May 16, 2007 B.5.b Fleetwide Response to NRC Subject of Change::

"Attachment 1b, Table A.6-1: 10#32 External spray of the containment building. High confidence release reduction strategy. 10 #23 vent containment via the emergency access hatch.

Attachment 1b, Table A.2-4: 10 #5 SFP makeup from Aux Bldg and FHB hose stations.

This strategy may provide 1250 gpm through five 2.5 fire hoses."

Table A.6 It was erroneously indicated in the May 16, 2007 B.5.b Fleetwide Response that a modification was going to be installed; when it was not. IR 806752 was written after the identifying NRC inspector indicated he did not want a separate letter issued to correct this and to utilize this Annual NRC Commitment Change / Deletion Notification Process.

Table A.2-4 will correct wording from 'hoses' to 'hydrants'.

Status:

The commitment was being changed under Commitment Change Number 08-031.
