Submittal of 2021-301 Byron Initial License Examination Post-Examination Comments Enclosed are the post-examination materials Byron Station is submitting for initial license exam 2021-301 administered from September 27 to October 13, 2021.
In accordance with ES-501, Section C.1.b., the following enclosures are being submitted:
Graded written examinations including each applicant's original answer and examination cover sheets plus a clean copy of each application's answer sheet prior to grading The signed applicant's exam cover sheets The master written examination(s) and answer key(s)
Applicant questions and proctor responses during the written examination Post-examination review comments including explanation and facility response Written examination seating chart Form ES-403-1, Written Exam Quality Grading Quality Checklist The results of the performance analysis that was performed for the written examination Form ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement, with Pre-and Post-examination signatures.
Per our discussion with Greg Roach, we request the NRC withhold public disclosure of the exam in ADAMS for 2 years so we can have the examination available for internal use.
