The following report was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi):

"A live Green Sea Turtle was found in SONGS Unit 3 intake Per SONGS procedure, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) was notified at 5/6/13 1847 PDT. The turtle has been released back to the Pacific Ocean at 5/6/13 1908 PDT by SONGS Fire Department personnel."

The licensee notified the NRC Resident Inspector.

Notified R4DO (Vasquez) and the Endagered Species Group via email.
