Revisions to Oyster Creek Exam Materials for the July 2014 Initial NRC License Examination Date: May 7, 2014 The following materials were revised based on comments from the NRC Examination Team during the on-site exam preparation held April 15-16, 2014.

A. Administrative JPMs:

1. SRO JPM 2
a. Changed work hour times to those representative of actual plant values.
b. Added a note in work hour table that turnover is included.
2. SRO JPM 4
a. Added EAL User's Guide as a reference.
3. SRO JPM 5
a. Added EAL User's Guide as a reference.
b. Added a second part to the JPM to escalate the EAL classification.
c. Changed JPM to time critical.
d. Added a statement completing the State/Local Notification form is part of the classification for exam purposes.
4. ROJPM2
a. Added clarification to the Task Standard.
5. RO JPM 3
a. Updated Task Standard.
6. ROJPM4
a. Updated time of declaration throughout JPM.
b. Fixed a typo on wind speed units.

B. Control Room JPMs:

1. JPM 1
a. Revised critical step criteria for Performance steps 13 & 14.
2. JPM 2
a. Replaced JPM.
3. JPM 3
a. Enhanced initiating cue.
4. JPM 4
a. Changed JPM to not alternate path.
5. JPM 5
a. Modified JPM setup.
6. JPM 7
a. Created a new Alternate Path JPM.
7. JPM 8
a. Added cue to step 11 .

C. In-plant JPMs:

1. JPM 1
a. Replaced JPM.

D. Simulator scenarios:

1. Scenario 1:
a. Added a cue to Event #3.
b. Modified malfunction severity for Event #3.
c. Added additional crew actions to Event #6.
2. Scenario 2:
a. Added a cue for Event #2.
b. Adjusted severity of Event #5.
3. Scenario 3:
a. Added a cue for Event # 1.
