RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 REVISED EMERGENCY ACTION LEVEL MATRIX AND EMERGENCY ACTION LEVEL TECHNICAL BASIS DOCUMENT Enclosed (as Attachment 2) is one copy of Revision 00$ to procedure EIP-ZZ-00101 Addendum 1, Emergency Action Level Matrix, which is included by reference in Section 4 of the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP). A brief description of the changes is provided in Attachment 1, EIP-ZZ-OOlOl Addendum 1. Emergency Action Level Matrix. Revision 008-Summary of Changes. A copy of EIP-ZZ-00101 Addendum 2, Emergency Action Level Technical Basis Document. Revision 014 is included for information as Attachment 3.

This revision to a procedure that is included by reference in the RERP does not represent a reduction in the effectiveness of emergency preparedness for the Callaway Plant. The RERP continues to meet the standards of 10 CfR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
