New Haven Units 1 and 2 Docket No. STN 50-596 and STN 50-597 Management Changes This is to infonn you of recent management changes on the New Haven project. As a result of a reorganization of the Generation Department, Mr. Michael Ray, formerly the New Haven Units 1 and 2 Project Manager, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President for Projects, Engineering and Construction. He now has overall responsibility for all the NYSE&G generation projects. Mr. Peter MacEwan, formerly the New Haven Units 1 and 2 Engineering Supervisor, is now serving as the acting Project Manager.

Mr. Anthony Zallnick, formerly the New Haven Units 1 and 2 Licensing Supervisor, is now the Manager - Quality Assurance. There have been no other changes to the Quality Assurance organization or program.

As we explained in our November 2,1979 letter to you (NYNRC-E049),

the New Haven Units 1 and 2 project is currently in a suspension state pending resolution of the New York State appeal process. When the project is reactivated we will amend the PSAR to reflect the new organization and changes in key personnel.
