Dear Mr. Crane:

On May 20, 2005, the Commission issued Amendment No. 164 to Facility Operating LicensingNo. NFP-62 for Clinton Power Sation, Unit 1. The amendment was related to deletion of the TS requirements to submit monthly operating reports and annual occupational radiation exposure reports. Through an administrative error the Operating License and the TS pages listed in theamendment did not identify the correct amendment number, which should be Amendment No.
