By letter dated June 27, 2005, you applied for an amendment to Facility Operating LicenseNo. NPF-29. The proposed change would have modified Technical Specification 3.6.1.3 to allow relief valves to be used to isolate penetration flow paths at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1. Subsequently, by letter dated May 5, 2006, you withdrew the amendment request. However, by letter dated May 5, 2006, the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
