Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1, Evaluations Performed In Accordance With 1 O CFR 50.54(q) For Changes To Emergency Planning Documents Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-29 In accordance with 1 O CFR 50.54(q)(5) Entergy Operations Inc. (Entergy) hereby submits a summary of three 1 O CFR 50.54(a)(3) Evaluations. They are summarized in Attachment 1 of this letter. The evaluations were completed in June and July of 2024.

NRC Senior Resident Inspector Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Port Gibson, MS 39150 To GNRO2024-00028 Summary of the 10CFR 50.54(q)(3) Evaluations 10 CFR 50.54(a){3) Evaluation Topic Summary of Change Evacuation Time Estimate Study The change was performed to correct a clerical error on page 3 of 7 at the end of the first sentence of the third paragraph. Entergy chanqed CCNPP to GGNS.

Emergency Plan Technical Bases Document The change was performed to correct a clerical error on page 129, Deleted FCB2 from the entry thresholds listed in the Threshold Box.

This ensures the Emergency Plan Technical Bases Document is correctly aligned with the Emergency Procedures and the BWR Owner's Group EPGs/SAGs.

GGNS EITER (Equipment Important To Changed categorization of the Spent Fuel Emergency Response) Matrix Pool Water Level Indication form Category 1 A (Procedure EN-EP-202-02) to Category B.

This Change ensures the equipment is correctly classified bases on the availability of redundant equipment available to assess the emergency action level.
