Dear Mr. Hanson:

By letter dated October 1, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML 18274A144), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon, the licensee) provided a 30 working day notice to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), pursuant to Section 50.75(h)(1

)(iii) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) and Section 7.02 of the Master Terms for Trust Agreements dated July 1, 2013 (ADAMS Accession No. ML 1330384 7 4 ), regarding a proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Master Terms for Trust Agreements for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek).1 The NRC staff reviewed the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Master Terms for Trust Agreements as described in the letter dated October 1, 2018. The NRC staff does not have any objections.
