In the Site Addendum, Chapter13.0 also describes the Union Electr ic Co. organizational struct ure, the training programs employed, emergency plans, review and audi t activities, plant procedures, and the industrial security program at the plant.13.1ORGANIZATIONALSTRUCTUREOFTHEAPPLICANT Refer to Section 13.1 of the Site Addendum.13.2TRAINING Refer to Section13.2 of the Site Addendum.13.3EMERGENCYPLANNING The emergency plans will a dequately provide for the health and safety of the public during and following plant emerg encies. These plans meet the elements required by AppendixE of 10CFR50 and Paragraph50.34 of 10CFR50. Compliance with 10CFR73 is also described in this section of the Site Addendum.
