0 FPL, March 31, 2013 L-2013-114 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555 Re: Turkey Point Unit 3 and Unit 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Errata Corrections to FPL letter L-2012-070 A recent periodic review of records revealed minor errors in Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) letter, L-2012-070, dated February 29, 2012.The purpose of this letter is to provide errata corrections for updating the previous submittal with corrected pages.Attachment 1 identifies the specific page(s) of the letter that contain the minor errors, and a brief description of the correction.

Attachment 2 provides errata corrections for FPL letter L-2012-070.

Specifically, L-2012-070, Pages 13 and 18 contain a separate line item which reports C-14 releases.

However, the report erroneously incorporated C-14 releases under the line item of particulate releases.

C-14 is neither a fission/activation gas nor is considered a particulate.

C-14 releases have been removed from the particulate releases in pages 13 and 18 of FPL letter L-2012-070.

Pages 13 and 18 of L-2012-070 are resubmitted herein in Attachment 2 as errata corrections.
