Attachment A PSE&G Commitments for LER 272/95-015 The following items represent PSE&G commitments made to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission related to LER 272/95-015-00.

appropriate Emergency Diesel Procedures which clarify the Generator EDG start (EDG) time One Time Actions 1. Licensing basis (Tech Spec, UFSAR. etc.) criteria related to the EDG' s, along with its associated implementing procedures (e.g., Surveillance Testing Procedures), is being reviewed as an integral step in the Salem Station System Restart Readiness Program. Inconsistencies found as a result of this review will be evaluated and corrected, as necessary, prior to the restart of each Salem Unit. 2. A revision request (Rll433) appropriate EDG ST procedures methodology.

These procedures and prior to their future use. has been initiated to revise relative to clarifying the timing will be revised in the near future
