On June 19, 2006, the NRC Staff ("Staff") filed the "NRC Staff's List of Documents Required bythe Licensing Board's Order of June 5, 2006" ("Document List"), along with copies of certain documents referred to therein. Two documents identified in the Staff's Document List weredetermined to contain proprietary information, and were not transmitted therewith; rather, theStaff committed to transmit those two documents to the Licensing Board by separate letter.

See id. at 3 n.4. In accordance with the Staff's commitment, enclosed please find copies of the following proprietary documents identified in the Staff's Document List:Item 14.Letter from William H. Ruland (NRC) to James F. Klapproth (GE NuclearEnergy), dated March 31, 2003, transmitting "Safety Evaluation by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, GE Nuclear Energy Licensing Topical Report, NEDC-33004P, Revision 1, 'Constant Pressure Power Uprate', Project No. 710" (proprietary version).Item 21.GE Nuclear Energy, GE-NE-0000-0041-1254-R0, DRF 0000-0038-3078,Class III (July 2005), "ODYN Benchmark of the Dresden 3 January 30,2004 Turbine Trip Event" (proprietary information).
