Dear Administrative Judges:

On June 19, 2006, the NRC Staff (Staff) filed the NRC Staffs List of Documents Required by the Licensing Boards Order of June 5, 2006" (Document List), along with copies of certain documents referred to therein. Two documents identified in the Staffs Document List were determined to contain proprietary information, and were not transmitted therewith; rather, the Staff committed to transmit those two documents to the Licensing Board by separate letter.

See id. at 3 n.4.

In accordance with the Staffs commitment, enclosed please find copies of the following proprietary documents identified in the Staffs Document List:

Item 14. Letter from William H. Ruland (NRC) to James F. Klapproth (GE Nuclear Energy), dated March 31, 2003, transmitting Safety Evaluation by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, GE Nuclear Energy Licensing Topical Report, NEDC-33004P, Revision 1, Constant Pressure Power Uprate, Project No. 710" (proprietary version).

Item 21. GE Nuclear Energy, GE-NE-0000-0041-1254-R0, DRF 0000-0038-3078, Class III (July 2005), ODYN Benchmark of the Dresden 3 January 30, 2004 Turbine Trip Event (proprietary information).

Atomic Safety and Licensing Board June 20, 2006 Page 2 Copies of the enclosed documents are being served upon Counsel for Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC, and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (collectively, Applicant), but are not being served upon New England Coalition (NEC) in light of that partys determination not to execute a confidentiality agreement for the protection of proprietary information. See letter from Raymond Shadis (NEC) to the Licensing Board, dated June 1, 2006.
