Fwd: Tritium at Braidwood Commissioner Merrifield would like an overview briefing concerning Braidwood Tritium.The earliest time for the briefing could be next week between Tuesday -Thursday or sometime in early March ...... I will have confirmation from Spiros later today. Luis did mention during the daily call yesterday that Braidwood issue is unique in that licensee's compensation to local homeowners, ect ......The briefing would be informal (i.e. discussions with no specific prepared slides). The content would be a general overview, what we are doing, what interface we have had with external stakeholders, relationship to 2.206 petition (without identification of the outcome)....and our path going forward.I would suspect that NRR should coordinate with Region III for this briefing..I think it would be important to tie in the Regional people during the briefing .1 will keep all informed on the specific date once I've had feedback from the Commissioner's staff later today .....Please call with any questions 415-1730 CC: Anne Boland; Cynthia Pederson; Geoffrey Grant; James Caldwell/ \.
