Themajorityoftheseerrorsarereadilyevidentupondiscovery anddonotimpactanyoperational activities.
However,theerrorsdescribed abovewithrespecttoLCO3.3.1couldprovideconfusion andpotential incorrect application ofthenecessary requirement.
Therefore, thisLARproposestocorrecttheseerrors.SinceGinnaStationiscurrently inadefueledcondition insupportofthesteamgenerator replacement project,theerrorsarenotcurrently aproblem.However,RG&EexpectsthatGinnaStationwillenterMODE2conditions lateonJune3rdatwhichtime,theOvertemperature aTandOverpower zTreactortripfunctions mustbeOPERABLE.
Therefore, thecorrections tothef(d)descriptions forthesefunctions mustbecorrected priortoenteringMODE2.Theremaining errorwithinLCO3.3.1onlyappliestospecificsurveillances ofreactortripfunctions atpowerwhichwillnotbecomelimitinguntilseveralweekslater.C.JUSTIFICATION OPCHANGESThissectionprovidesthejustification forallchangesdescribed inSectionAaboveandshowninAttachment II.Thejustifications areorganized basedonwhetherthechangeis:morerestrictive (M),lessrestrictive (L),administrative (A),ortherequirement isrelocated C.l~AA.1Theproposedchangesdescribed inSectionAabovedonotinvolveanytechnical issues.Instead,thechangesrelatetominorerrors(e.g.,pagenumbering andtitles),providing consistency withintheTS(e.g.,noteformats),
