As we discussed in our meeting of November 7,1997, the first step in the license review process is conducting an acceptance review of the application. This administrative review is intended to identify omissions in the application and to verify that sufficient information is present to begin a technical review. We anticipate completing the administrative review in February of 1998. Following the acceptance review, the receipt of the license application will be noticed in the Federal Reaiser.

We are preparing a review schedule for the license application. We will inform you of our review schedule when it has been developed and will also respond to your letter of November 12,1997 at that time.
