Page 5 of Attachment A to Enclosure 4 was stamped as " General Electric Company Proprietary information' and should not have been released without an affidavit. '

Please destroy the previously submitted page 5 of Attachment A to Enclosure 4, and replace it with the attached non-proprietary version of the page. This non-proprietary version of the page .

. contains information which is identical to that provided in the proprietary version.
