ZionSolutions, LLC, Docket Nos. 50-295 and 50-304, Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, Lake County, Illinois Date of application for amendment: January 25, 2008, and supplemented on March 18, 2008, March 28, 2008, April 1, 2008, September 25, 2008, October 23, 2008, and February 4, 2009, and e-mails on March 14, 2008, May 16, 2008, and July 9, 2008
. Brief description of amendment: The amendments transfer the licenses for the facilities from Exelon Generation Company, LLC to ZionSolutions, LLC. Date of issuance: September 1, 2010 Effective date: As of the date of issuance and shall be implemented immediately. Amendment Nos.: 185 and 172 Facility Operati ng License Nos.
DPR-39 and DPR-48: These amendments revise the Licenses and Technical Specifications.
Date of initial notice in FEDERAL REGISTER: May 21, 2008 (73 FR 29540). The Commission's related evaluation of the amendment is contained in a Safety Evaluation dated May 4, 2009.
