REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON EXEMPTION FROM PART 37 FOR THE ZION NUCLEAR POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. J52987 AND J52988)
By letter dated March 13, 2014, ZionSolutions submitted a request for a proposed exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR 37.41(b) and 10 CFR 37.49 for Zion Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2. Please review the proposed exemptions and provide a Safety Evaluation for the request. A copy of the request is enclosed along with a prior approval for relief from EA-09-204 that addressed the same situation.
