Docket No. 50-295 50-304 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-59 AMENDMENT NO. 14 Effective September 1, 2010, Indemnity Agreement No. B-59, between Exelon Generation Company, LLC and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 23, 1971, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete the name Exelon Generation Company, LLC wherever it appears and substitute the name Zion Solutions, LLC.
