ACCEPTANCE FOR REVIEW REGARDING TRAVELER TSTF-537, REVISION 0, "INCREASE CIV [CONTAINMENT ISOLATION VALVE] COMPLETION TIME; UPDATE OF TSTF-373" (TAC NOS. ME8311)

Dear Members of the TSTF:

By letter dated March 27, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML12087A274), you submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval Traveler TSTF-537, Revision 0, "Increase CIV Completion Time; Update of TSTF-373."

Section 170.21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires that Travelers are subject to fees based on the full cost of the review. You did not request a fee waiver; therefore, NRC staff hours will be billed accordingly.

The NRC staff has completed a preliminary review of your submission and determined it is sufficiently complete and appropriate to initiate a more comprehensive review. The review of Traveler TSTF-537 will generally follow the schedule below.
