This letter is to inform you of a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for February 4, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a regulatory performance meeting to discuss the results of the supplemental and follow-up inspections completed on December 13, 2013, and the status of NRC's performance assessment of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding," of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
