4-Non-RoutineReortedMeasurementsFollowingtheMarchChineseweaponstest,aweeklycompositeofairparticulatefilters.andamilksamplewerecollectedandanalyzed..IwasdetectedandappearedtobefromtheChineseweaponstests.-5.DairHerd,Goat,,and.GardenCensusAdairyherdcensuswasconducted.inFebruaryandinAugustduringthisreport-period.Thenearestaairyiswestoftheplantsite(260');14miles)Dataobtainedintheassaysofsamplescollectedat.thislocationarereportedinTABLEl.Onemilkgoathasbeenfound,atalocationSNoftheplantsite(220';2.2miles).Itproducesnegligibleamountsofmilk.AnaerialgardencensusinMarch,'1978showedthatthere'ereseveral500ft~gardenswithinapproximately5miles.ofSt.LuciaPlant.CollardGreensweresampledat7609IndianRiverDrive;NSH,.2miles,Results.oftheseanalyses.appearinABLEl.6.ConclusionsDuring-thisperiod,theenvironmentalradiologicalmonitoringprogramchasfoundnoevidencethattheoperationsofPSL'UnitNo.1contributeharmfuleffectsorirreversibledamagetoeithertheenvironment=ortothehealthandsafetyofindividualsand.populationgroupsintheregionssurrounding~St.LuciePlant.
