Item Changed Reason for Change CR-b Added "alternate path" designation Overlooked that it is an "alternate path" JPM on original outline. CR-e Changed event from "Switch Running SX Pumps (with failure to develop pressure)" to "Respond to 1A SX Pump Trip (Standby Pump Trips)". The originally chosen JPM (a newly developed one) did not have clear procedural guidance, and could have resulted in 4 different operator responses. CR-h Removed "alternate path" designation The response is contained in the BAR with little decision making required. RA-c Changed from bank JPM to new JPM RM-11 system was changed to a Windows based Radiation Monitoring System and the actions are different. Scenario N16-1 Swapped events # 2 & 3 Ensures control rod control is in AUTO before instrument failure that affects rod control Scenario N16-4 Changed Event 2 from TS evaluation of SI pump failed surveillance to AF pump failed surveillance CR-c is operation of a SI pump and the relevant TS is entered when a valve is closed in the surveillance. This could lead the students to the answer on scenario event. Scenario 16-5 Changed event 6 from "I" to "C" Error on original outline. This is a component failure, not an instrument failure. Question #72 Rejected K/A and replaced question K/A is at a General Employee level, not suitable for licensed operator exam discrimination. Question #92 Rejected K/A and replaced question This K/A is very applicable to ROs and difficult to apply as a "generic" K/A not linked to a system. Asking a "basis" question fits the SRO model much better. RA-a Replaced "Perform Shutdown Margin Calculations" JPM with "Perform Offsite AC Power Availability Surveillance".
