Submittal of 2022-301 Byron Initial License Examination Post-Examination Comments Enclosed are the post-examination materials Byron Generating Station is submitting for initial license exam 2022-301 administered December 12 to December 21, 2022.
In accordance with NUGEG-1021, ES4.4 Section B.7, thefollowingenclosuresarebeing submitted:
Graded written examinations including each applicant's original answer and examination cover sheets plus a clean copy of each applicant's answer sheet prior to grading The master written examination(s) and answer key(s), annotated to indicate any changes made while administering and grading the examination(s)
Any questions asked by the applicants and the answers given to the applicants during the written examination All examination administration and post-examination review comments made by the facility licensee and the applicants after the written examination and operating tests Written examination seating chart Form 1.3-1, Examination Security Agreement, with Pre-and Post-examination signatures The results of any performance analysis that was performed for the written examination, with recommended substantive changes Form ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement, with Pre-and Post-examination signatures.

In accordance with NU REG 1021, Section 4.4, and discussion with Bruce Bartlett, Form 1.3-1 will be forwarded to the NRC Chief Examiner separately no later than January 27, 2023.
