In accordance with ASME Section XI, Code Case N-532-4, "Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and In-service Summary Report Preparation and Submission" Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 3 (IP3) hereby submits 2009 Form OAR-i, Owners Activity Report for Inservice Inspections. This report describes relevant conditions that required evaluation and repairs and replacements performed during the period April 2007 through April 2009.
