The Region I Field Office, NRC Office of Investigations (OI), initiated an investigation (Case No. 1-2015-006) on November 14, 2014, to determine whether an Exelon radiation protection (RP) supervisor at Oyster Creek Power Station, deliberately violated respiratory protection requirements. Based upon documentary and testimonial evidence developed during the OI investigation, the NRC did not substantiate that the RP supervisor deliberately failed to follow respiratory protection requirements.
