As you have requested, we are submitting three (3) signed originals and one hundred ninety-seven (197) additional copies of this information at this time. An additional one hundred (100) copies will be retained for future use.
The additional information has been prepared as a supplement to the Environmental Report. This should be inserted in the Environmental Report, following Appendix I.
