dated April 14, 2014 In Reference 1, the NRC informed Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) that a favorable Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) review was rendered by the NRC on January 31, 2013. Reference 1 requested EGC to submit a new, comprehensive, Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests, along with current financial information, to the NRC Division of Security Operations for a FOCI redetermination within five years of the date of EGC's final facility clearance approval. In Reference 2, EGC discussed plans to submit a complete FOCI package that reflects the license transfers of R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC, Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC, and Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to EGC.

Accordingly, Attachment 1 contains an updated FOCI package, including form SF 328, "Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests," for the nuclear power plants listed above. The Attachment I contains company confidential and personally identifiable information.

Updated Standard Practice Procedures Plans are being developed for each of the nuclear plants listed above and the corporate offices in Warrenville, IL, and Kennett Square, PA, and will be submitted to the NRC separately.

Portions of Attachment 1 contain Personally Identifiable Information that, if made public, would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Additionally, Attachment 1 contains information that EGC considers business sensitive information. Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information in Attachment 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6). Because EGC seeks to withhold this attachment in its entirety, a nonproprietary version of the attachments has not been prepared.

ATTACHMENT 2 Affidavit Supporting Request for Withholding

Affidavit in Support of Request to Withhold Information from Public Disclosure Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390 I, Patrick R. Simpson, Manager - Licensing, state that:

1. I am authorized to execute this affidavit on behalf of Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC).

2. EGC is submitting a complete, updated Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence Package to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for its review and for the purpose of obtaining a renewal of its non-possessing facility clearance (FCL) at the Secret-National Security Information Level.

3. Portions of the information being submitted in Attachment 1 contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that is appropriate to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6).

4. Other information being submitted in Attachment 1 contains confidential business information and records related to EGC that should be held in confidence by the NRC, pursuant to 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). The following factors, as specified in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(4), justify withholding this information from public disclosure in its entirety:

a. This information is and has been held in confidence by EGC.

b. This information is a type that is held in confidence by EGC, and there is a rational basis for doing so because the information contains sensitive business information related to the business structure of the companies.

c. This information is being transmitted to the NRC in confidence.

d. This information is not available in public sources and could not be gathered readily from other publically available information.

5. Accordingly, EGC requests that the designated information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.17 and 10 CFR 2.390.
