Review of Draft R-56 Operating License - UFTR License Renewal I have reviewed the latest draft operating license we received March 22, 2017. All planned license activities appear to be covered and I find the license conditions generally acceptable.

Subsequent to issuance of this license, we will periodically need to make changes to the procedures and limitations described in the application under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59. Based on discussions with the agency staff, it is my understanding that proposed license condition 2.B(1) will not be interpreted in a manner that would prohibit these changes.
